Despite its long history, the Charlie Parker Jazz Festival has frequently changed its logo, lacking a consistent brand identity. To address this, I rebranded the festival by incorporating Charlie Parker’s legacy, jazz, bebop, and its overall atmosphere. More than just a jazz festival, this event is a tribute to Charlie Parker’s heritage. Therefore, I designed a custom typeface inspired by the bebop style he pioneered.



































The key aspect of this branding system is its atmosphere. When the type is filled with color, it functions solely as typography.

However, when converted to an outline, it transforms into a free and open graphic element that aligns with the spirit of jazz, allowing for more versatile and expressive applications.
